Braude Immersion Heaters

Immersion heaters provide a simple solution for heating water bodies, and unlike traditional flow through heaters they do not require a pumped water supply. These types of heaters are widely used in various applications in the Public Aquarium, Aquaculture and Aquatics industries, either as the primary heating source, or as a convenient back up heating system (in tank or on the shelf).

The Polaris Popular is manufactured from high integrity fluoropolymers to give excellent performance in corrosive solutions, making it ideally suited for use in both marine and freshwater installations. The element is designed to give free flow of liquid across the surface and to restrict solid deposition. The relatively small size of the units means that they do not protrude into the tank too much, and can be easily concealed in display tanks. The Popular is supplied with hanging brackets for vertical mounting or stand-offs for horizontal mounting.
