How to Order

• Alternatively you can phone through your order by calling our telesales team at Chorleywood on +44 (0) 1923 284151 or Manchester on +44(0)161 946 1538 or email us at tmc@tmc-ltd.co.uk.

• If required, our telesales team can telephone you on a convenient day to take your order. Please call us at Chorleywood or Manchester to arrange this service.

• Dry goods can be collected from Chorleywood or Manchester during the following times:-

Monday to Thursday: 8am to 2pm.

Friday: 8am to 12 noon.

Alternatively goods can be delivered to your place of business - see notes on delivery charges.

Please ensure you notify us of any restrictions or special opening times that may affect your delivery.

• To serve our customers better and to ensure that we can efficiently fulfill commercial orders for delivery, please place them as far in advance as possible.

• All deliveries will be made by the most cost-effective method or according to our customers requirements and are chargeable at cost. Carriage quotations can be obtained at time of placing order.

Tropical Marine Centre does its utmost to fulfill all orders quickly and efficiently and we appreciate your help in ensuring that we maintain our high standards of service and customer care.

Payment Details

• Please note that before an account can be set up, all new customers must complete a new account form with company and bank details and the names of two trade references. Please note that the first three orders are accepted on a cash only basis for collection, and payment in advance for delivered orders.

• Customers will, in most cases, receive an additional settlement discount for payment on collection in advance or by return. If this discount is not taken then all commercial goods must be paid for within 30 days of invoice date (unless otherwise agreed).

• Export orders are strictly payment in advance of shipment (unless otherwise agreed).

• Payment can be made by cash (collection or courier deliveries only), bank transfer, cheque or credit/debit card.

Miscellaneous

• All goods remain the property of Tropical Marine Centre Limited until paid for in full.

• All equipment in this catalogue is specified for use in a Northern European climate. For use in other climates, please contact TMC with your specific requirements.

• All electrical items are supplied for 220-240v 50Hz single phase power supplies unless otherwise noted. Products for alternative power supplies can often be obtained - please ask for details.

• In accordance with its policy of constantly improving products, Tropical Marine Centre Limited reserves the right to modify the sizes and specifications of its equipment without prior notice.

• Please note that all shipping weights quoted are approximate, and will depend on shipping method and packing used. Please contact us for details.

Special Notes for Export Customers

• TMC specialises in shipping overseas. Using our expertise in packing techniques and freight management we can work with our customers to obtain the most competitive rates.

• Export shipments are charged at cost and prices cover all relevant charges including, but not limited to, agents, airport and airline handling fees and freight charges (subject to individual account terms).

• Please speak with your TMC sales contact before placing an order so that you can be advised of any special requirements.
