Clear Stream Pressurised Pond Filter/UVS

Clear Stream Filter-UV 600 - For ponds up to 600 imp. gallons (2700 litres) with a maximum flow rate of 300 imp gallons (1350 litres) per hour.

Clear Stream Filter-UV 1200 - For ponds up to 1200 imp. gallons (5400 litres) with a maximum flow rate of 600 imp. gallons (2700 litres) per hour.

Why choose a Clear Stream Filter-UV?

There are different types of filtration used in ponds including mechanical and biological. A mechanical filter will trap suspended matter (uneaten food, fish waste, dead plant matter etc) pumped from the pond. A biological filter cultures beneficial bacteria which will digest liquid waste, breaking it down into a less harmful form.

Neither of the above will control green water.

A UV clarifier will control the single cell algae which cause ponds to turn green. It should be noted that UV will not destroy blanket weed or other complex algae. The Clear Stream Filter-UV offers effective mechanical and biological filtration as well as UV clarification in one compact unit, ensuring a naturally healthy environment for the pond's inhabitants.
